SUMMARY:Nurturing Inner Balance -Honoring the Autumnal Equinox-Meditation\, Reiki\, Sound Healing
DESCRIPTION:Join Gina Ferrara and Rio Comaduran to honor the shift of season. This is a community event utilizing Reiki Healing Energy\, Crystal/Tibetan Bowls and sound instruments with gentle guided imagery.\n\n\n\nNo experience needed. \n\n\n\nRegistration is requested. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. (gina@OdonataReiki.com/www.OdonataReiki.com)\n\n\n\nReiki and Guided Meditation are powerful relaxation tools. By adding in Rio's sound/vibrations\, the room becomes infused with rejuvenating energy\, creating the perfect environment to recharge and welcome inner balance and reflection.\n\n\n\nThe full session will last an hour though there will be time at the end for questions and comments. Please come 10 minutes early to find your comfortable space and settle in.  \n\n\n\nBring a mat\, some water\, and anything you need for comfort during the meditation. There are a few reclining chairs available but they should be reserved. Please do so in the comment section of the registration. \n\n\n\nBridge Healing Arts Center - Awakening Room\n\n304 Main Street\, Farmington CT\n\n\n\nParking will be out back\, at the very last building. Drive around until you reach the end of the parking.  Use the rear ramp entrance and follow signs to the Awakening Room.
