The holidays are quickly approaching! I would like to invite you to join Brookdale Chatfield for a day of holiday fun. Bring your children, grandchildren or even borrowed children to find our hidden toy sacks to drop your toy donations into. Afterward, please enjoy all the goodies and activities for adults and children alike.
Join us on Saturday, December 8, 2018 the fun begins at 11:30am at Brookdale Chatfield, 1 Chatfield Drive, West Hartford, in our Assisted Living Neighborhood.
