It's time to come together and share our resources, our knowledge and our passion to no longer allow mental health to be a challenge in our lives. There is a better way.
We are so incredibly proud to be in partnership with Mental Health Connecticut to host this incredible IN PERSON event to support this needed awareness.
"Wake Up to Wellbeing" consists of area leaders in both holistic and traditional modalities sharing their expertise in how to incorporate self care and wellness into our diverse personal and professional lives.
This event is OPEN to all who would like to learn more about bringing wellness into their daily lives. We will have agencies and practitioners of various modalities there to network with before and after the panel discussion.
