Join the Mandell JCC on Sunday, May 16th as we open our doors to the community for a Wellness Showcase. Participate in a group exercise class (or two), try out acupuncture, chair massage, etc. or come for health information on Stress Management, Spine Health/Rehabilitation Services, Mental Health and much more!
