Rejuvenating The Senses: Yoga and Essential Oils for Hormone Balancing
Join Jennifer Tirillo (owner of Concentric Care, LLC) and Cailin McBee (owner of Balance Massage & Wellness Center) for an evening of yoga, combined with essential oils. Participants will receive a customized essential oil to address the specific topic of the class.
Jenn will lead an ALL LEVELS (beginners welcome) 50 minute yoga class and Cailin will provide information on the oils, how to use them, and then conclude the class with a 10 minute guided meditation. Yoga postures and meditation will support the topic of the day.
Class fee is $32, or you can attend all 6 in the series for $179. Pre-registration is required.
