Are you ready to get wild? Join us for an uplifting journey of dance, guided imagery, and meditation with Truthful Moves. This unique class celebrates freedom of expression and embraces all bodies and body expressions.

Starting October 26, we will run 5 weeks of classes on Saturday mornings at 10 am. Class runs 75 minutes. The cost is $18 per session.
