West Hartford's second annual How-To Festival

Over 3,000 people are expected to attend this community event, featuring local experts, enthusiasts, hobbyists, and professionals sharing their particular passions with others.
Over forty presenters will share information on: vegetable gardening, quilling flowers, fly fishing, decluttering, vegan desserts, meditation, essential oils, 3D printing, salsa and bhangra dancing, hula hooping, embroidering, pottery making, cake decorating, brewing beer, lawn bowling, putting a golf ball, belly dancing, choosing teas, playing the bagpipes, reducing back pain, staging a house, changing a bicycle tire, using a compass and many programs for kids too!
There will be music throughout the day by jazz pianist Taino Pacheco and jazz guitarist Sinan Bakir. Tea provided by The Green Teahouse
